Workshop for SenioriNET formalization
On 3-4 February 2022, we meet in Predeal for a new workshop with members, this time with the purpose of formalizing SenioriNET Network.
We will also review the documents developed in the strategic planning workshop in September 2021, namely the Strategic Plan 2022-2026 and the Operational Plan 2022-2023.
On the agenda of the event are both the drafting of the statutory documents of the SenioriNET Federation and consultations on the following:
- – Establishment of the founding members of the Federation
- – Definition of the types of members of the Federation
- – How to acquire membership
- – Rights and obligations of members
- – Loss of membership
- – Types of services offered to members by the Federation
- – Eligible sources of income for the Federation
- – Establishment of the annual subscription scheme
- – Management, representation, administration and control bodies. Roles and powers
- – Establishment of the structure and term of office of the Governing Board
- – Proposal (nominations) and vote on the composition of the Governing Board for the first term of office
- – Dissolution and liquidation
- – Provisions relating to assets in the event of dissolution or liquidation
- – Functioning of the Federation through the National Office / General Secretariat
- – Roles & communication
- – Appointment of Executive Director
We will also approach the steps to be taken in order to complete the file for acquiring the legal personality of the SenioriNET Federation.
