SenioriNET participates with proposals in the public consultation on the allocation of funds in the health sector

National Health Insurance House put into debate the rules of the Framework Contract on the provision of home medical services.

SenioriNET – with the participation of its members Caritas Romania and Caritas Alba Iulia – makes recommendations in this regard. The proposals refer both to the rules of the Framework Contract in force (applicable from 2022) and to the new model of the Contract (applicable from 2023) which regulates the conditions for providing healthcare, medicines and medical devices within the social health insurance system.

The documents containing the proposals are completed according to the structure of the form indicated by the National Health Insurance House and also contain details about motivation (argumentation) and financial impact.

The members of SenioriNET express their openness for further consultation and, at the same time, their intention of monitoring the information that will appear at the time of the Ministerial Order’s publication.
