2 – 4 February: SenioriNet Federation Institutional Evaluation and Planning Workshop in Miercurea Ciuc

February brought another opportunity to meet within the Federation, the members of the Steering Board and the members of the project team.

A number of objectives were pursued, as follows:

  • Institutional assessment of the Federation on organisational capacity and financial sustainability
  • Establishing measures to improve and increase the Federation’s organisational capacity
  • Results to be achieved by November 2023
  • Team building and strengthening of working relationships between Board members and the SenioriNET executive team

Also high on the agenda were the campaign in support of the White Charter on the Rights of Elderly to be launched in March and the importance of developing a fundraising plan.
