Announcing the Strategic Planning Workshop

We are preparing for a new event dedicated to SenioriNET members, only it’s face to face this time

September 23-25, 2021, we meet in a strategic planning workshop to be held in Predeal.

During these 3 days, we aim to have several working sessions and we will be discussing about:

  • SenioriNET history
  • Future scenarios – working with the elderly, representation of the organizations working with seniors, development opportunities.
  • Vision, mission, values
  • Strategic planning for the next 5 years (2022 – 2027): directions and objectives
  • Operational plan: actions and indicators, working method
  • The Network functioning: secretary department, roles, communication
  • Next steps

Places at the event are limited, so members will be registered in the order they applied. Due to the fact that places are limited, it might be possible that only one person from each organization attends.
